We spent the night in Geoje. This is what we woke up to.
"The Pension" the place where we stayed.
Breakfast
Jay-min cooking eggs for us.
Waiting with Mia & Mi-hwa for the ferry to Oedo Island.
Ferry to the island.
Windy Hill
Woman selling her goodies.
Drying sardines
Small island on the way to Oedo island.
Finally made it to the island.
Oedo Island looks like a wonderland. A private citizen bought this island and turned it into the gardens that we see today. Many of the plants we have in San Antonio, I can't imagine bringing in all those plants.
Bamboo forest
A sister found this bag when cleaning out her office and felt I had to have it.
This one is for Ian.
After Oedo island we came to this unique rock beach; the rocks are protected. When the water goes back out to sea it makes the neatest noise. See if you can hear it in the video below.
The tram at Taedun mountain. We took this up to the half way point.
Kuk-hee & Mi-hwa
Jared & Carley Kramer from Canada.
Brother Oh also works on the roofing team. This generous brother also helped with all of our arrangements.
Mi-hwa eating a boiled silk worm pupa. Needless to say this is one thing I did not try.
What breathtaking photos of the island! I love how you have a nice mix of the branch work, ministry, and travels. I envision this as a little slice of how paradise will be! May Jehovah continue to bless you all! Love you!
